The What's New section has items listed by date.  A checkbox is present for you to select if you no longer want to have that item appear in the What's New section.  The advantage of this system is that you do not have to view the whole content to see what has changed.  You only have to view the What's New section.  Eventually, a CME exam on the What's New items will be available so you can collect CME units while you remain updated.
