The return/rebate period is time limited to 30 days. |

| Since we have multiple combinations of players and file formats you should be able to find a combination that will allow this web site to run on your computer, however, if all combinations have been exhausted and the web site does not adequately function on your computer we will allow a prorated rebate/return on a case by case basis. | |
| If you have looked at a very small portion of the web site and have not taken any exams for CME credit, then we will consider a prorated rebate or return on your subscription. | |
| If you have extensively looked at the web site or have taken exams for CME credit then no rebate or return will be allowed. | |
| A $30 refund fee will be applied to your refund amount. Refunds that total less than $30 will not be considered. | |
