  Adding a Category
   
  Forum categories are predetermined.  If you would like to see a certain category added, please email the webmaster or send a private message to tbejots.  Forum categories are reviewed periodically and may be altered depending upon user requests.
   
 
   Adding a Forum
   
  Forums are predetermined.  If you would like to see a certain forum added, please email the webmaster or send a private message to tbejots.  Forums are reviewed periodically and may be altered depending upon user requests.
 
  Adding a Topic
   
  To add a topic, go to the forum > topic screen and click on the Add a Topic link.  Registered users and subscribers can add topics.  Non-registered users can view the forums but not add topics or posts.
 
  Adding a Post
   
  To add a post go to the Forum > Topic > "Posts Subject" screen and click on add a post.  Registered users and subscribers can add topics.  Non-registered users can view the forums but not add topics or posts.
 
  Editing a Topic
   
  Topics cannot be edited since others will post topics to the topic subject.
 
  Editing a Post
   
  You can edit your own posts.  When viewing posts, an edit icon will appear on the posts that you have posted.  Click on the edit icon to edit your post.
 
  Sending Private Messages
   
  If a user has enable private messages then you can send them a private message.  To send a message click on their alias in the topic > posts pages and the private message screen will appear.  Users that have disabled private messaging will not have a link that is active in the topic > posts section.   Messages that you have sent can be viewed in your Outbox in the private messages section.   If a user doesn't frequent the forum area it would be better to send them an email directly or they may not receive the message.
 
  Receiving Private Messages
   
  To receive private messages, you must enable private messaging in your account > preferences section which is located on the toolbar.  To view messages in your Ibox go to the private messaging page by clicking on the private messages link.
 
  Instant Messaging
   
  Users may make their instant messaging addresses available to users.  To view their IM address click on the IM icon found in the posts area.  Their address will popup.
 
  Sending an Email
   
  Users that wish to make their email address available to users will have an email icon   with their email address embedded in the icon.  Click on the icon and your email program will launch.
 
  Showing/Hiding Personal Information
   
  You can set what personal information to make available to other users.  Non registered users (i.e. the public) cannot view your personal information in the forums.  Registered users and subscribers can view your personal information if you choose to make is visible.  Your personal information includes your email address, your IM address for ICQ , Yahoo , AOL , or MSN , and your alias.  Your alias is always visible, however it does not have to be the same as your UserName.   If you have enable private messages then users can send you a private message via your alias.  If you have made your email address visible, then users can send an email to your address.  If you have made any of the four IM addresses visible, then users can send you IMs.  By default these may be turned on.  Please set the parameters in your account (link on the toolbar) -> preferences page.
 
  Changing an Alias
   
  Users can change their alias at any time.  Go to your account (link on the toolbar) -> preferences page and change your alias.  All prior messesages and posts will be automatically updated to reflect the change.
