Example exams are available
to non-subscribers. Only
basic, intermediate, and advanced chapter exams for CME
credit are available to subscribers.
The CME Exam section allows access to different chapter exams for CME
credit. To begin, click on the chapter exam item
that you wish to take. You can take each CME exam
many times, but you will receive CME credit only
once for each exam. You must pass the exam to receive
CME Credit. Passing the exam more than once will not result in extra CME units. The exams are not timed.
Each exam will have between 10 and 60 questions, depending upon the length of the material. Exams for SDMS credit have 10 questions for each CME. Exams for AMA credit have 10 to 30 questions. After you take the CME exam your
score will be generated.
You can compare your results
against others taking the same exam (when enough subscribers have taken the exam), see what questions you missed, or view your CME certificate. You can go to the CME certificate
screen and print, save, or email your certificate.
Your account will reflect the CME credit for which you have
qualified.
After the content is completed, we plan to offer an annual update exam. You can view the updated material in the what's new section. The annual update exam will cover the what's new information that has been added or altered over the past year. CME's for each exam will vary depending upon the length of the content. The maximum CME's available for each chapter will vary from one to six (or more) CME units. You should claim only those CME for which you spent the time learning or reviewing the material.
Good Luck!
