Familiarize yourself with the format. The
exam title, question number, question type, question,
foils, answer box, time left for exam, the next/previous
buttons are presented in a consistent format.
Feel free to take the sample exams prior to taking
a chapter exam for CME credit. To begin:

Click on the exam you wish to take. |

Note the type of question (Multiple Choice, K-Type, True/False)
(Chapter Exams are Multiple Choice or True/False)
(Comprehensive Exams are K-Type Only) |

If taking a comprehensive exam, note the time left on the timer so you can pace your self.
(Chapter exams are not timed.) |
| 4. |
Read the question and look at the image, animation or video, if applicable. |

Answer the question and click on the next question button |
| 6. |
You can click on the previous question button to view the previous question.
You can also click on the question number on the question/answer bar at the bottom of the page to go to a specific question. |

Click on the Review Answers button to review the answers.
Then click on the Grade Exam button to grade the exam.
The grade exam button only appears in the Review Answers Page. |

Check your score and see how you compare against others. |
| 9. |
If you passed the exam for the first time, you can print or save your CME Certificate. |
